1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Cats and Dogs. Dogs up to 40lbs. and no Rotweilers, Dobermans, or Pitbulls.

Two
3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
One time $375.00 pet fee and $15.00/month pet rent.
4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If there are no damages to the apartment and there is not a balance on the account at move out.
5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
There is a lease breakage fee that depends on the percentage of your lease remaining.
6. What utilities are included in my lease?
Some apartments include heat and hot water.
7. How long is the term of the lease?
We offer leases for less than one year, but there is a short-term fee and every month may not be eligible for a lease end date.
8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes.
9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
You can call the office during office hours and if there is an emergency after the office is closed, they can call the emergency hotline.
10. When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the first. There is a 10% late fee if rent is not paid by the 11th.
11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
If rent is not paid by the 11th, there will be a 10% late fee charged to your account.
12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
We do not accept electronic payments, but you can have your bank take the money out of your account and send us a check in the mail.
13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
We have a drop box outside the management office to drop off your rent after the office is closed.
14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
If someone is staying with you for more then two weeks or receiving mail at your apartment, you must notify the management office.
15. Do you have reserved parking?
We have lined parking lots behind every building and there is parking out front of your building on the street. The parking lots are first come, first serve.
16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
You can rent a garage from us, or park your motorcycle in the parking lot.
17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes.
18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Before you have a satellite dish installed, a $500 deposit must be paid.
19. Do you have cable services?
Yes.
20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
We do not accept packages in the office.
