Utility & Services Information
Rent Checks should be made payable to Nutmeg Woods Apartments and either mailed or dropped off at the leasing office in building 84.
Your mailing address is on you Lease Agreement. Each building has a unique street address followed by your apartment number, i.e., 84 Hawthorne Drive North, New London, Ct. Your zip code is 06320.
Your Electric Utility Company is Northeast Utilities/Connecticut Light and Power. You can reach the customer service and emergency center 24 hours a day at 1-800-286-2000.
RENTAL FURNITURE is provided by American Furniture Rentals 888- AFR-RENT
Cable Television is provided by Metro Cast Cable. Call Steve Peters 860.625.5763 or email him at speters@metrocast.com.
Laundry Facilities are located in several buildings throughout the property. Ask your leasing agent or property manager for the nearest laundry center nearest you.
Parking is unassigned. If you have more than one vehicle, please be considerate to your neighbors by parking alternate vehicles in areas away from the primary building entrances. During winter months, please cooperate with the plowing contractor by moving vehicles from snow covered areas to cleared areas or as otherwise directed.
Maintenance Requests may be called into the 24 hour Emergency Number at 1-860-443-8905. A live operator will take your emergency calls 24 hours a day and immediately notify maintenance personnel.
